RETURN GUIDELINES:
★ For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.
★ Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached.
★ Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains, smells of smoke or has any type of pet hair or odor will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
★ Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date received for online credit only - you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your item is received later than 14 days your item will not be accepted and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at the your expense. You will not be notified by us. Items that are sent back that are ineligible for return will only be held for 60 days, and then donated.
★ If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
★ ALL sale items, preorders, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, camisoles, jewelry, purses, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, gifts, gift cards, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO RETURN THESE ITEMS. ANY ITEMS THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT.
* ALL presale/preorders items are non-returnable!
★ Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.
★ SHOES: Must be returned in un-damaged box (box within a separate shipping package)
TO ENSURE FAIR ACCESS TO LIMITED INVENTORY DURING LIVE SALES, TRIBE BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT PURCHASES, REFUSE RETUENS, CANCEL DUPLICATE SIZE ORDERS, OR RESTRICT STORE-CREDIT PRIVILEGES FOR ACCOUNTS WITH EXCESSIVE RETURN ACTIVITY. A RETURN RATE EXCEEDING 15% MAY INCUR RESTOCKING FEES.
★ LOCAL PICKUP: If you are returning an item that was originally picked up locally, please go though the return portal and then you may bring back to the warehouse and text the number on the sign.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
2. Include the slip that arrived on your package with your return(located on the backside of your shipping label) If you no longer have the original slip you can include a piece of paper with your name and order number.
3. Once return is accepted, you will be mailed a return label.
